Here at LOASS FC we consider ourselves to be first and foremost a Player Development Centre, with winning less important than the progress of the individual player. We hope to help each player develop to their full potential and to go on and play at the highest level possible that they can achieve. We currently field boys league teams from U/7 through to U/18, competing in the Rural Friendly, Echo and Cheshunt Youth Football Leagues, and U/10's Girls team competing in the Essex County Girls Football League, two men's senior teams, who compete in the Essex Business Houses League and an U/16's disabled team. Our teams also play friendly fixtures throughout the season against professional and local club teams.
LOASS FC, which is short for the Leyton Orient Advanced Soccer School, was formed in 1997 and is based at the community programme at Leyton Orient Football Club in the East End of London. We are a FA Charter Standard Community Club which is a benchmark for quality and ensures with deliver best practice in coaching. We were also awarded the London FA Charter Standard Club of the Year 08/09.
Our aim at LOASS is to:

- To encourage good sportsmanship and behaviour
